Terms and Conditions Apply :-

1)Buy Now Pay Later (myIOU) is not entitled for 5% Discount.

2)Payment method of credit card/online banking and e-wallet is entitled for 5% discount when purchase online only before the appointment date.

3) All services redeemable by Package(s) purchased are subject to availability. Blessono Health Screening Centre (Medi Safetest Sdn Bhd) does not guarantee that the services redeemable by Package(s) purchased will be available at your preferred date and time. Booking may be made by contacting the listed number or through WhatsApp messaging.

4) All booking are expected to be prepaid. All clients agree to our 24 hour notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling a booking. In the event of a no-show where you miss a booking that you have booked for, or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice before the start time of your booking, you may be charged a maximum 5% of package value for any cancellation services.

5) Package(s) purchased cannot be combined with any other Voucher, discount or promotional offer unless otherwise specified.

6) All services redeemable by Package(s) purchased are subject to availability. Blessono Health Screening Centre (Medi Safetest Sdn Bhd) does not guarantee that the services redeemable by Package(s) purchased will be available at your preferred date and time.

7) A representation on the Site that services will be available over a range of dates does not preclude you from being required to make an appointment to redeem the services. Appointments must be made at least 7 days in advance.

8) Blessono Health Screening Centre (Medi Safetest Sdn Bhd) reserves the right to cancel and reschedule your appointment or booking. Except as required by law, the Blessono Premium Ultrasound Centre (Medi Safetest Sdn Bhd) will not be held liable for such events and are not liable to reimburse you for any travelling, accommodation or other loss or expenses suffered or incurred by you or any other person due to any cancelled or rescheduled appointment or booking.
