5. Once the registration is received, our team will contact the individual via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm the appointment.
6. The stroke scan appointment will be scheduled based on availability and at a time that is convenient for both parties.
7. To qualify for the free stroke scan, individuals must like and share our post and page on social media.
8. We will require your IC for verification purposes when you register for the stroke scan.
9. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
